Goal Getters

Helen's goal was to fit into the size she wore before she had her baby......and she did it! 

Size 2 fits her better than ever. 

Not only did she make this goal, she also strengthened her back, which had been giving her a lot of problems right after she had her adorable little boy. 

Helen and I think back to the time when she couldn't do the most basic ab exercises because she's doing the most challenging ones now. 

Her abs are so much stronger. 

Besides fitting into her size 2, Helen now has beautiful muscle definition. Best of all, it only took 30-45 minutes of daily workouts for Helen to reach her goals and stay in shape, an achievable goal for a busy mom.

KAYDE makes her GOAL !

I am always excited when one of my 
clients meets their fitness goal! 

Meet Kayde, a busy mom of 3 (very cute) kids! She also works outside the home, but she still found time to do her workouts! 

I gave her time saving, quick workouts, but she had to work hard, and she did! She is amazing to watch!  

One thing I love about her, is she would come in for training even if she didn't feel her best. Sometimes I would adjust the intensity of her workout, but she was so dedicated she was ready to give it her all! 

Her hard work and dedication paid off and she is at her desired weight! 

She didn't just lose weight, she gained a couple of things: endurance, energy, tone, and definition, and bottom line....... LOOKS GREAT!
